Hi Bill, I’m testing the template on my server and when I try to activate Venice theme, I get this error:

Parse error: parse error in C:\blog\wp-content\themes\Venice\index.php on line 60

Do you know how to fix this?

Hi Capri,

Are you using the theme on a localhost server?
If so please test the theme on a live hosted website.

This should solve the issue for you.

Hey bill, I got this template working on my page (www.genarorocha.com). I work a mac and both firefox and safari show a really nice font with normal weight, how ever when viewed on a PC, regardless of the browser, all fonts seem to be bold. Is there a way to have a consistent font look?

Hi,
I have a question on the horizontal navigation bar which shows categories. I will have multiple categories and although the design is sweet when you have 3 or 4 categories if you have 12 it doesn’t look to good. As I have the categories on the right hand sidebar anyway is there a way I can add something else there like a few pages etc to the horizontal bar.

Hi Bill, I am probably going to buy the venice theme but I want to ask a question first. Can the sub-menu (the gray bar) have drop downs under each category? Is that functionality already built in?

Hi Bill,

I have this theme installed for a Wordpress blog and am getting the following error message when clicking on either RRS feed link:

Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document.
Line: 250 Character: 2

Otherwise, I love the theme and am very happy with it!

and I purchased ‘Venice’ and ‘Alaska’ today.
Both a really great WP-themes!

Sorry for my email but I have a little problem with Venice in Firefox for Mac.

There are a horizontal scroll bar in the header.

I tried to solve the problem on my own, but did not succeed.. can you please give me a little help?!
It would be really great! Sorry, but my webdesign skills are not enough for this problem
